12:22 am, Bail Jumping, N. Park Street & University Ave. Traffic Stop - Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail driver for Felony Bail Jumping x 3, OWL. Cited/Released passenger for county resisting/obstruction after providing false information during identification due to being on probation.
