Traffic Stop – Contacted/Cited/Arrested/Transported/Released to Dane County Jail driver after being stopped on University Ave after failing to stop at a red light at Johnson St. and then driving the wrong way on University Ave towards oncoming traffic. Driver arrested for 2nd OWI 1st, Operating with Prohibited Alcohol Concentration, Failure to Obey Sign, and Failure to Stop at a Red Light. Outside agency wrote crash report for squad involved crash.
