As a result of potential security issues and budgetary concerns, the UW-Madison Police Department has adopted the following policy regarding requests for our police patch.
We will not honor any patch request from outside the continental United States.
Any request from within the continental United States must originate from another law enforcement entity and must be submitted on agency letterhead.
If you know someone personally in this department and would like to request (or trade) a patch, please contact that individual directly to make your request.
Requests made in compliance with our policy should be directed to Lt. Michael Newton, UW-Madison Police, 1429 Monroe St., Madison, WI. 53711
